The six-month waiting period required afterBritney Spearsand Sam Asghari finalized their divorce has ended.
Now, Spears has officially been declared single.
The declaration comes as Spears celebrates her 43rd birthday.

Asghariinitiated the divorce, citing irreconcilable differences at the time.
Spearscommented on the divorcea few days later.
That same year, she married Kevin Federline, with whom she shares two sons.
They later divorced after three years of marriage.
