Baldonis new suit alleges that Lively deliberately and systematically robbed him and Wayfarer Studios ofIt Ends With Us.
According to the lawsuit, Lively had never even read the book.
The suit further alleges that the tumultuousIt Ends With Uspress tour was the result of Livelys own actions.
In that document, she accused Baldoni of sexually harassing her on set andorchestrating a smear campaignagainst her.
Lively reiterated many of her allegations in anofficial lawsuitbrought on Dec. 31.
