The album has been nearly four years in the making.
I didnt think about it.
This is me talking about so many things in this raw way.
Both covered in sweat, Natasha assumed Santos would want to pause the session and go home.
Instead, he kept working.
He never had an excuse, Natasha says.
Its like you get a little bit pissed off again, she says with a giggle.
I feel like thats where I can get creative.
Its what allows me to interpret it with that pain in the voice.
She used to fall asleep in the car when I used to put the whole album, Natasha says.
Shes definitely a part of the album.
And even with a new album out, she promises shes already working on the next project.
This is the first of many, many more.
I learned to not be afraid to just try different things, and trust your gut, she says.
I have nothing to lose.
