When Simon announced his farewell tour in 2018, he indicated that hed never again hit the road.
Now I know: it feels a little unsettling, a touch exhilarating, and something of a relief.
Like many artists before him, he had a change of heart once the tour came to and end.
Last year, he played a seven-song Soho Sessions set in New York.
