The defendant gave her a drink to calm her down.
She soon became groggy and unsteady.
The woman alleges a male driver and another man were in the vehicle with Combs at the time.
The men are identified as John Does in the new lawsuit.
In a statement, Combs legal team denied the womans claims.
We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason.
(The womans attorney, Michael F. Rubin, did not immediately reply for additional comment.)
He was arrested in New York City on Sept. 16 and has been detained since.
Hes currently housed at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn.
His trial is set for May.
