And even Trump admitted Monday: We did it a very rough way.
For now the sole perceivable benefit is creating optics to aggrandize the president himself.
Americans rely on government to protect us or at the very least do us no harm.
As hesaidof the water release Monday: I had to do it.
And it was not easy.
