Both women claim that since the statement was issued, theyve received harassment from third parties.
In one incident, a TDE affiliate named B-Dawg brushed against her buttocks while erect, the complaint alleges.

She also accuses TDE affiliate David Harrell of attempted sexual assault.
The complaint alleges that Harrell started removing Ms. Altayris pants and touching her intimate areas.
He then picked up Ms. Altayri and threw her onto his bed.
From that point, the complaint alleges she was certain he would be raped if she did not escape.
Altayri then allegedly ran out of the apartment.
